Chalkboard Replacement
I had a "bad" experience with my first chalkboard order and gave a poor review. After the review, the Company got back with me very quickly and replaced the chalkboard, did not charge me for postage, and also refunded my money for the first chalkboard. They were more than fair and helpful during this second receipt of the chalkboard, and I appreciated it very much. I know things can happen, but it made me feel very good to know that they will correct any mistakes and be very fair about it. I would use this company again after their great follow through.
