Shipping & Returns

Production times 

  • We do our very best to provide you with the best turnaround times possible! All of our Home Decor & Furniture items are made to order. Building, painting & finishing these one-of-a-kind pieces by hand can take time. Because of this, turnaround on home decor and marquee lighting is typically 4-6 week & furniture is typically 4 weeks.  

Shipping Cost

  • Furniture-All furniture and larger pieces such as mirrors, side tables, dining room furniture, etc, ship out freight via a 3rd party carrier. Shipping on these items is based on weight and dimension. Our larger pieces can be shipped to most states in the continental USA.  The more pieces that fit on a pallet, the more reasonable your pricing will be.   • Home Decor – We ship all home decor and smaller items through U.P.S or the United States Postal Service. Shipping on such items will incur an additional cost of 15% or higher.  The cost is based on the size and weight of your product as well as the state where your items will be shipped.  

Furniture Delivery

  • When you order furniture be sure to let us know if you need call-ahead service.This may be necessary, especially if you need to make arrangements to bring items into your home or store. The delivery driver is not responsible for bringing your items inside. If you require inside delivery please let us know and we can arrange this with the delivery company for an additional fee.

Furniture Damages

  • It is very important that you check your order for damages before signing for the shipment (even if this means the driver has to wait). If you notice any damages to your items please make note of them on any paperwork you sign with the delivery company and, if at all possible, take photos. Once you do this, please contact us immediately so we can start a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. Because, it is not feasible to transport large furniture back and forth across the country, we ask you to have minor damages repaired and will reimburse you upon final approval.

Order Cancelations

  • Order cancelations are allowed within a 2 day period from the time of purchase. After this time, we will not accept cancellations.  

Returns

  • Refunds are available 7 days from the date your items are received. Furniture must be in in new and unused condition. All furniture returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning furniture. 

 Custom Items

  • We want you to be completely happy with your custom designed furniture. We will send photos of all custom pieces for your approval prior to shipping. Once approved, custom furniture is non-refundable & cannot be returned or exchanged.
